LandlordPort gives property advertisers a practical way to get started, with additional capacity and promotional options as their business grows. Every account operates within the limits of its plan, the permissions attached to its account and LandlordPort's marketplace rules.

Free advertiser access
- Up to 5 active listings at a time.
- The allowance counts listings that are active, not how many you have ever created.
- Drafts and listings awaiting review count toward this allowance.
- Editing a listing costs you nothing and uses no additional slot.
- Archiving a listing, marking it rented or sold, or having it paused by moderation frees the slot for another property.
- Access to the advertiser workspace, subject to account permissions.
- Receive property inquiries and communicate with interested seekers.
- Edit, reprice, mark rented or sold, and archive your listings — managing what you already have is never blocked at the limit.
When you reach your allowance, archive or close out a listing to free a slot, or choose an upgrade in View Plans before publishing more.
We check this on the server, so no button, page or workaround can take you past the allowance.
Paid subscriptions
Advertisers who need additional capacity or plan-specific capabilities can choose an available subscription. Plans, prices, listing allowances, duration and included features are shown in View Plans before you buy.
Plans are billed monthly. View Plans shows the current price for each one before you commit to anything.
If a paid period ends, your allowance returns to the free tier. Existing listings are not deleted — you simply cannot publish or resume more until you are back within the free allowance or subscribe again.
Optional listing promotion
Verified advertisers can promote selected listings with a paid boost for extra visibility — bought separately, or as credits included with a paid plan. Promotion is never automatic, guarantees no inquiry or transaction, and exempts nothing from review or these rules.
Verification establishes identity, organisational status or property-management authority after a reviewer examines your documents. It does not grant unlimited listings, free promotion or every management capability.
Management tools, boosting and finance features depend on the verification requirements, your account permissions and your plan — whichever applies. Paying for a subscription never verifies an account by itself.
A reviewer reads the documents you submit and decides against the evidence requirements for your category. Payment never substitutes for that decision.
- If an application is not approved, you can read the reason, correct the details and submit again.
- Paying for a plan does not skip the review, and no plan approves a verification application on its own.
- A reviewer has checked the identity or registration documents you supplied, and recorded that decision.
- A verified person's identity is not proof that they own a specific property they list.
- A verified organisation's identity is not proof of authority over every listing it publishes.
- LandlordPort reviews the documents advertisers submit; it does not independently authenticate every document, title, price or availability claim.
- The badge is not a guarantee that a property or business is genuine, that an advertiser will act honestly, or that a transaction will be safe.
- Ownership, or authority to let a particular property, is assessed separately for that property.
- Listings must be genuine, accurate, authorised and available as represented.
- Duplicate, misleading or unauthorised listings must not be used to bypass listing limits or review.
- Account sharing, false identities, manipulation of listing visibility and attempts to evade platform restrictions may be reviewed or enforced against.
- LandlordPort may reject, restrict, pause or remove non-compliant listings, and suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations, in accordance with its terms and applicable law.
- Subscription or promotional payments do not override verification requirements, listing standards or enforcement decisions.
Our goal is to give advertisers room to grow while keeping the marketplace trustworthy and sustainable for everyone.
If something about a listing or an advertiser does not look right, verify it independently before you pay, sign an agreement or commit to a transaction.
